This print was created exclusively for Orelia, by our founder Sashira of Sashira Art & Home. This Western Red Lily print is part of a series to bring awareness to the various types of childhood cancers. Western Red Lily represents Leukaemia for the series. The awareness colour for Leukaemia is an orange colour. Sashira chose to amplify the neon-like coral orange tones that are often found on the petals. Find more of Sashira's native flower series here.
Western Red Lily is found across North America, from British Columbia, up to the Northwest Territories, and across to Quebec. In Orelia's home province of Manitoba, you can find many of these flowers along the route to Churchill.
This simplified, star-like image of Western Red Lily is sure to add punch to your gallery wall, office, or child’s bedroom. Looks great in its own, but also would be a visual party flanked by Sashira’s Goldenrod and Coneflower prints.
Prints measure approximately 8x8 inches. Designed and printed on Treaty 1 Territory in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
